Audio Dharma
The Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City, CA produces these podcasts. The featured teachers are Gil Fronsdal and Andrea Fella. I’ve listened to Audio Dharma since roughly 2005 and have learned more about Buddhist practice, Vipassana, and the Buddha’s teachings from Gil Fronsdal’s talks than from any other source. His style is very comforting, warm, thoughtful and wise.
There are many, many dharma talks here and you’ll likely not be able to get through all of them anytime soon. I’ll recommend some of my favorites from over the years and provide specific pointers to the most prescient of them as specific practice items come up.
